Chick-fil-A

I’m giving it a 4 because we have very few issues with this location. Today though.. We are disappointed. First, we were given the wrong order, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Second, one of the chicken biscuits had a tiny breast that was woody an inedible. I’m more upset about that than being given the wrong order because the breast had to be thrown away. I probably wouldn’t have left a review if it was just small. I know for a fact that is bad quality control which is unlike Chick-fil-A. I’m a bit surprised and disappointed. Will it keep me from going back? No, but only because it’s never happened before and usually the food is on par.

This is our favorite CF in the Springs. We walk here often with our daughters (who love the play area). The atmosphere at this location is always pleasant - flowers on tables, holiday decorations, and of course the big smiles on the faces of the workers. FOOD: It’s Chick fil a, so you know it’s good/consistent. SERVICE: These folks that work here are extra wonderful. Whether we order on the app for in-store or delivery, they are courteous and helpful. Great staff here. Authentically joyful. ATMOSPHERE: Always seasonally decorated. Flowers on the tables (at a fast food restaurant!) Good place to take the kids to play while you get some work done or relax with some nuggets..

The food was absolutely delicious, just as always! I appreciated how fresh everything was even though I had to wait until I got home to dig in. When I got there, I was surprised by the efficiency of the place. Mobile drive thru, open service, and great customer service at that!! Window and personal order takers were both so pleasant. I’d love to come back for lunch! ;)

The sign on their door clearly says that the dining room closes at 10pm but they close it at 9:30. I already know management is going to hop on here with some cope telling me it’s for cleaning. Change your sign to 9:30 then. Ridiculous. EDIT: As you can see they changed the bottom of the sign to (likely in response to my review) to read 9:30. Well done. You get three instead of one now.

This store is quite spacious and I like the different types of seating. From ordering to consumption, the experience was just as good whether you eat in or outside of premise. The chicken sandwiches always consistently meet expectations. Less is more; kudos to their small menu and focus on customer service. Give me another chicken sandwich, please!
