Expensive, dirty and rude staff. The hotel is not up to 4 star standard and the communal areas are dated/dirty. On the plus side the beds were comfy and the bathroom in the room was nicely decorated
Surprised by the high price which didnt fit the standard. Some small broken things in the room. Heard every time the neighbour was flushing the toilette. Check in and out was good. Breakfast good. But almost 100 euro for a quite small room with issues... Hmm for 60 i would give 4 stars. Ceuta is a bit overpriced overall.
Just stayed for a night. The hotel is not very big but it's comfortable and the employees are very kind. The room is great though little illuminated. Very well located, next to the Africa Square.
My preferred choice in Ceuta for its modern rooms. Food just okay. No fancy views and street noise can be a little loud but that's at all of Ceuta's downtown hotels. Wifi needs one code per device, which is obnoxious. Its embarrassing asking for codes for a laptop, 2 ipads and 2 iphones for my husband and me! But still a decent place to stay.
