I have never reviewed a drugstore before..but I really felt compelled to do so here (don’t get me wrong: I love that we have a CVS here locally so I hope they just take heed from this). They are price gouging.. I don’t pay attention much to prices.. but if you go here you might want to have your eyes wide open! I just bought mouthwash there…simple.. nothing complicated.. checking out I saw it was $11. Got home and looked it up on Amazon.. it’s 1/2 the price. Not $1 or $2 less.. but HALF THE PRICE.. so, these guys are taking advantage of an already existing inflation problem. I’m all for capitalism.. but not when it becomes blatantly avaricious. So, until they get back to normal or “fair” as someone who believes in a free economy, and as a result of courser I believe in competition, so I’ll simply by from somewhere else…and that is why it’s great to live in America because I have the freedom to so whenever I want :) !

This location is truly awful. I work in health care and the way the pharmacy performs is extremely unprofessional and unorganized and uncaring. I understand all health care is understaffed, etc. I feel that pain at work, too. But the pharmacist herself yelled at people waiting in line, calling us “a bunch of truckers” mind you I’d been waiting 30 minutes in line when the man two people ahead started to get irritated. They called and said medication was ready for pickup, arrived and med was not ready. Waited another 45 minutes for them to fill it and get back through the line again. Another customer had driven an hour to pick up his med that was “ready” only to get through the line and be told it wasn’t even in stock or available. There is no good organization or apparent filing system as they just have a tote of filled prescription bags on their middle island. Another lady was pacing around crying and frantic due to a med error by the pharmacist. It was total chaos. This time I needed to have a script transferred so I called needing to give those details. Tried calling on three different days at different times, waited for 45 minutes each time with no answer. Called front end and spoke to supervisor who did not acknowledge the situation or offer any assistance and said that “you’ll just have to deal with being on hold for over an hour I guess” and hung up. It’s sad for a remote area with only two pharmacies to have to be deal with this on a regular basis. If my insurance would cover prescriptions through Kinneys I would switch back in a heartbeat.

Came in for a few items with my children and a women named vanessa was very kind and helpful. Not only that she had a moment to help guide me to the items I need since I’ve never been to that location. A bonus for me was her kindness to my children. BTW my daughter was obsessed with her by the time we left!!. I am a sucker for nice workers especially when you can tell it’s genuine. And for that she made my experience there amazing. Crazy to say I look forward to seeing her when I go In…haha!

I needed help from the pharmacy staff. Despite being very busy, they took the time to make sure i had all the information and assistance I needed. I am grateful for the k8nd and compassionate way I was treated.

They are taking more prescriptions than they can fill. Bad attitude from staff. Script unfilled after 18 hours and only when I arrived did they prepare it. That took over 45 minutes. Plan to spend the day. Good times.
