Body Structure Medical Fitness

My experiences at Body Structure have been excellent! I first came for Physical Therapy and personal training in 2020, and you know what happened then – shutdown. I made my way back and am working with Personal Trainer Josh Asmus on strength and flexibility and we have made big steps in my journey! Josh is extremely knowledgeable, he is kind, patient, fun to talk with and he cares that I improve. I call him my personal torturer – all jokes aside, I feel so much better especially with my improved flexibility. Josh is the best! All the staff at Body Structure are very helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience at body structure has been absolutely amazing! This place has been such an answered prayer in finally had finding a place to really help and see all of my health needs. I was in a lot worse spot when I first started here and between their PT with Marie and Janet really taking the time to see all areas of need& listening to all concerns each time I come in, Massages with Halle-she really cares so much of how I am doing and addresses right to the problem areas,all the front desk office staff, and now Pilates instructor with Ky-she has been so great working with me helping me feel like I can do things I never thought I could again! I am so thankful. I have body structure to really thank for so much of my improvements. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

💯 LIFE ALTERING AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! I’ve been training with Adam for a month and feel better than I’ve felt since I can remember! I’ve toned up and Lost 16 lbs in a month! Adams clean, skilled , positive, approach has everyone I run into this week telling me I look incredible and asking me what I’ve been doing . I actually look forward to every workout now . It’s fun and crazy efficient ! IM STRONGER>LIGHTER>TONER> FITTER> MORE AGILE> HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF ENERGY > MY SKIN FEELS BETTER > IM MORE FOCUSED etc etc I rarely do reviews but I feel compelled on this one . This is the kind of training celebrities pay a fortune for .. yet IMO easily affordable the way they do it. My friend Stefani referred me to Adam and I feel VERY lucky and fortunate to have found this place now ! Best Decision Ever!

Body Structure is the ultimate fitness and well being facility. With my first assessment a couple months ago the staff have been nothing but outstanding and strive to "delight" the client each day. They are truly professional, courteous and are interested in meeting each individual's unique needs. My trainer Adam Coleman is simply the best. He is knowledgeable, interested in my own personal goals, designs workouts that are safe yet effective and is truly genuine and honest. In addition, Adam is dependable and will work around schedules. I am so glad I walked through the doors, I've seen great results in a very short time. It's the best 30 minutes of my day!

Body Structure is an amazing place to go if you need physical therapy! I needed to rehab a weightlifting injury and Nick Boland took excellent care of me. He focused on what movements bothered my injury, what helped, and how to get me back in the gym and lifting as quickly as possible. I really appreciated the thorough approach and am confident that I know how to help avoid injury in the future. All of the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful as well.
