Very bad from the beginning, I am autonomous and I was never properly advised. They did not answer the emails I sent, I had a car accident and they did not manage the medical leave so that social security did not pay me, they accepted the error and never paid me what I was due (an amount of €649 approx.) I got pregnant and I notified them from minute 1 and they didn't manage the risk leave in time either, so I also lost money and they don't take care of it. In June I received a request from the treasury to justify the last quarter of the year and when I did not do it correctly, they sent me another request to justify the entire year. When I communicated it to the management, they asked me for €300 so that they could solve it. €300 TO SOLVE THEIR MISTAKE ? Of joke. The advisor (Samuel) who handled all my paperwork disappeared overnight, without warning, and they used it as an excuse to justify all their mistakes. They only answered when I threatened to leave and stop paying. In short, they have made me lose money, time and mental health. All this is in the hands of my lawyer. I hope no one hires your services. And now respond to the review with: WE DON'T HAVE YOU IN OUR DATABASE WITHOUT SHAME!

They are scammers, unpresentable and bad people. ALL but even more Biel. Edit: as you can see in their response, in addition to the above, they work with threats and coercion. Do not think that at some point they ask themselves the reason for the review. I also inform you that no one has given me anything in exchange for said review as indicated, and even less of that nature.
