I've seen Beau Jo's commercials literally thousands of times during Rockies games over the years and figured I'd try it while in Colorado. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza lives up to the hype. I ordered a medium sausage combo pizza which comes with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, red onions (which I opted out of), and mozzarella. I ate about half and took the rest home. It was delicious. The outside of the crust was nice and crisp, but the inside wasn't dry. The toppings were abundant. Adding honey to the crust is a must. Service was decent. I was seated quickly - after they cleaned off a table. My server, Hunter, was soft-spoken, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere was okay. There were some areas that could have been cleaned up more quickly (a spilled order of fries sat on the floor in my view the whole time I was there) but overall the meal was enjoyable. I will definitely visit here again. The cost I listed as $20-$30, but if I had been dining with a friend, the per-person cost would have been less, as there was plenty of food for two.

Food was pretty good. The crust was a cool idea but I wish there was more to add than just honey. Maybe make it a garlic butter crust or something? Or make stuffed crusts? That being said the pizza was pretty solid.

Great place to eat in Idaho springs! One large pepperoni pizza was kind of pricey but the place has a coupon for $10 off when you text a code. That was really nice! I’ll be back with more of us next time.

Stuffed mushrooms were nice. pizza was good.Not much say about pasta .Pretty bland with marinara.Good selection items to choose from.The service was fantastic and friendly
