I wish I had taken the time to get the guy's name. My wife and I stopped in late Friday afternoon, July 1st. I needed some oddball sized batteries I couldn't find anywhere else. My wife needed a bizarre shaped appliance she couldn't find anywhere else. Batteries Plus Bulbs had them and the guy minding the store knew exactly where to find them. He was also real friendly. They'll keep my business.

(Sorry I forgot his name) I went there for my iPhone 7 battery replacement. He was very kind and friendly. I got $10 off through online reservation. He already applied the coupon even before I mentioned it. It took 45 min so I was enjoying coffee in Panera Bread right next to the store. After the battery replacement, he explained how to maintain the battery longer and increase the battery life. That explanation was also very helpful too. And, my phone works perfectly after battery replacement.
