A lot of coupon items are never available regardless of when I shop there. Since addition of self checkout u can expect to wait in long line if u want to have person check u out and nobody seems to know how to lineup for self checkout. Hate this store am not renewing membership.
I would give them a lesson to than one star if I could I'm an Uber driver I just dropped off customers that paid over $60 to exchange an item that they purchased online for their daughter, with your assistance of door dash. They came with the receipt and were told that they needed some kind of number from door dash in order to exchange the$270 product without a BJ'S membership. THERE WERE 3 INDIVIDUALS THAT TOLD THIS LIE AS THEY LAUGHED AT THE COUPLE IN FRONT OF THEIR DAUGHTER. I AM SO COMPLETELY APPALLED AT THIS BEHAVIOR BECAUSE IT STRIKES A PERSON'S SOUL. I MEAN IMAGINE HOW THIS COUPLE FELT. THAT'S NOT ALL.... A male store Rep offered to help but only after he finished eating his rice.... What? What? WHAT? so how that situation didn't end up.... I commend the couple for maintaining their composure. It would have been more than bad words for a lot of people. The reps clearly found a way to get out of doing what they where getting paid for in a way that let them blame customer behavior for the event well guess what CATS OUT OF THE BAG. THESE INDIVIDUALS NEED TO BE SENT BACK TO HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE HUMAN BEINGS SCHOOL
This is the first negative review I have ever written as I understand there a bad days and I only take my time to acknowledge great service and experiences but I had the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed or experienced in my entire life on 6/29. I drove 30 minutes to buy formula. It showed in stock- limit 2 online- I double checked right before I went in since I had my baby with me, and fully in stock not even low-stock. The aisle also had multiple signage about the formula shortage and limit 2 per customer. I approached customer service as I saw the type of formula I needed next to the desk. I asked an employee for 1 she said they were all on hold for someone that called. I asked if I had to order it online, she said no they aren’t paid for they called. I mentioned the limit of 2 and she said she would ask the manager. The manager, Britt H. (playing on his phone not assisting) looked up and said no. I asked if I could show him where it states online a limit of 2, he said, “no don’t show me anything” I tried to explain the signs in the store also say that and I drove 30 minutes since this was the closest store where it had it in rock. Britt then replies well I didn’t know the limit when I told them he could have them. I expressed it wasn’t fair and he could make it right. Britt then told me you can keep talking but it’s not happening today. The other employee who was trying to be helpful said if Britt wouldn’t allow me to have one I could wait for the customer to come and ask them if they would allow me to buy one. I said that was ridiculous and why couldn’t you just tell the person you made a mistake and it was a limit of 2 or give them all of the ones they put on hold for him and let me just get one. Britt then jumps in and says “Sorry for your loss” I was trying to tell them that it’s a nationwide shortage and government guidance on the limit and Britt loud and wrong yells out he isn’t on Government Assistance. At this point I just walked away and left my cart and other items because I was so upset. Another employee even apologized to me and visibly seemed to have empathy for me. I called the next day and the on-site manager, Eve, was kind -listened, was apologetic, and seemed to listen and genuinely disturbed. I could tell this wasn’t the first complaint against Britt and I just can’t believe that BJs would employ let alone allow someone so rude and disrespectful to be in a leadership role.
Visited the place during a Fourth of July weekend. It was very quiet clean and well stocked. They have a variety of options and being a wholesale there are affordable wholesale items with good quality!

Green prosciutto and grey ham? Disgusting, I’m not sure what the quality control measures are at this store but they are clearly failing.
