Up until a week ago I said: if only they had enough ATMs. Now I wish to inform all customers that BBVA has got defective cash machines. Do not try to put money in the machine, because it wil be swollen up. It is unbearable to have your 500 euros sucked by the ATM and to have the director of a bank come out and offer solutions just because you have started to scream. IT IS OUTRAGINGAND UNACCEPTABLE. SHAME ON BBVA.

Terrible customer service, I had to go 3 times to the branch to finish opening what supposed to be an online bank account and the staff was really unhelpful all this time, at the end I just chose another bank. Waste of time.

We still have the same problem... unfortunate... The issue of ATMs is horrible... they have 4, 3 to be able to make deposits and there is only one operation for deposits. Huge queues at the first of the month that could be corrected. On the other hand, in the office, if you deposit coins, they charge you about €15, and in the receipt they give you, they indicate €0 commissions when later on your account they charge you €15, a total scam.

The office management is the worst I have seen in my entire life. We have been trying to open an account and be able to operate with it for more than 1 month. The first time we went, they didn't say that they shouldn't have given us an appointment because she didn't know how to open accounts and that we should come back another day. They gave us an appointment with another person another day and they kept the documentation and a week later they told us that the account was already open but did not give us any access code. A week later they gave us another appointment to give us access to the platform and once with access to the platform we cannot operate with the account. They told us that we had to wait another 14 days to be able to operate. This has been 1 month now and we still can't do anything. The man tells us that he can make the transfers but he charges us a commission six times more expensive than what they would charge us from the online platform. In short, terrible management and it gives the impression that they do not know how to work and do not know how to do things. I do not recommend this office for anything in the world, good luck to anyone who dares to ask them for something, maybe in 1 year they will offer you an appointment to give you the solution in 2 more years.

The worst office full of completely INHUMAN people. They steal all your money in a fraud and they "take care of you" over their shoulder, in quotes because NO ONE has wanted to take care of me and they have left me without a euro to live on. It is very sad that your own office cannot assist you even to give you some sad supporting papers that you need to file a report with the police. I don't put a star because it doesn't stop. And don't answer me that the app is there because obviously I CAN'T ACCESS
