Very disappointed the way they treat with my email. I am foreigner and I can’t speak Spanish well so I have sent email several times about making credit card and questions. One of person told me when ever you need , contact me, but even I sent email 3 or 4 times, they don’t respond. Also I am copying director now but he has replied to me once, after that he doesn’t respond. Satisfied with application in mobile and also when we meet with F2F, they are very kind but I think this branch don’t seems to have enough staff. Something you can not do in app, it could create an issue for you.

The worst bank I have ever been to. They have 3 boxes, but only 1 works. Entering to do a 5-minute procedure and having to wait more than 1 hour in line is normal. Incredible how poorly this branch works.

More than a month ago I went to this office to rescue my pension plan from the contributions made by the general administration of the state (€1,800, a fortune). At first an employee came out to assist me until I told him I was going to rescue my money. At that moment the excuses began: that if I was a customer (no), that if I opened an account it would be easier (no), that if they were attending by appointment (a lie, I didn't put it anywhere), that if they would call me a manager (a lie, no one has called me). The next day I will go to my lawyer to warn them that from there I am going to the court to file a complaint.

The worst bank, it doesn't help customers, they just tell you to go and complain, for nothing more.
