It is unfortunate that you call by phone and they do not pick up, only the alternative of the applications for the computer or telephone to save jobs and lead us like little lambs to the applications, it is outrageous what the bank is doing with our elders who deserve a red carpet

You are going to enter and you are not able to count the money or return it due to "mistake", well, what a bank, my applause trapped in the ATM

It is shameful that this morning an older gentleman arrives who does not know how to use the ATM to make an insurance payment and the gentlemen both at the counter and at the table tell him that they cannot leave, I see how the poor gentleman leaves and I lend him my help to make the payment at the ATM, where was humanity? Furthermore, they say that older people will be served first and then at the ATM to make a living... what a big contradiction. There remains my complaint and for our elders I hope that they take action in this regard.

The worst bank in Spain, a world any procedure with them, the burned employees attend to you with insouciance and everything becomes tiresome, I have already changed my company and personal account and my workers are doing the same when they see the lack of empathy with the customers...

It's embarrassing when literally every person waiting to be served is amazed at how the cashiers talk about their things among themselves instead of serving. The quality of customer service is getting worse. They no longer even bother to hide that with a few hours left until the end of the shift, everything happens. A shame.
