Very fast and professional service. I don’t know, why people give such low rating to this bbva office. The person who worked with us - was very polite, professional and kind. We did everything we need just during 15 minutes even though we came without prior appointment, which is necessary everywhere in Spain

We have had a very positive experience and in the end we ended up contracting our mortgage with this office. Throughout the contracting process we were able to maintain active and transparent communication and the branch manager managed to offer us a better product than all other banks. We are from Alicante and residents abroad and thanks to this office we managed to contract a product free of surprises. I can only recommend your services.

I went to the bank today to find out about opening an account and I met two workers who seemed to have to apologize for looking at them. First I had to make an appointment, which I can understand and second, the unpleasant ways of the two women, which if they are not happy working they should give them some kind of training on how to deal with the public. In short, a lost customer for the bank thanks to the two unpleasant workers.
