The pejorative and rude treatment that I have received in this office is incredible, having an appointment on Wednesday, October 20 at 1:00 p.m. and having changed my work schedule, I arrive and having an appointment, they serve other people ahead of me, good for being known to bank staff or because of my skin color or race have treated me with obvious contempt! They should improve! In 2021 people shouldn't be treated like this! Especially this is the manager Rafael Castejón Barona.

Negative experience. If you are not a customer, they close the doors. Negative worker customer service.

After calling BBVA online lines for two weeks and they did not solve my problem, I went to this office to see if they could fix it. They helped me despite not having an appointment and gave me one for the next day, since I needed some papers. They treated me very well, very quickly and I was quite satisfied with the treatment received. I don't give 5 stars because it was difficult for me to make an appointment, I couldn't through the app or phone and I had to go in person to make it. For the rest I am happy.
