To report. It turns out that yesterday I was preparing to withdraw money from the ATM and I used the touch option by bringing my card closer. Later it slips through a huge slot that the ATM has, more or less 12cm. I try to put my hand in but it barely goes in. I look and see other cards, money, coins...as well as papers and garbage. I turn off my card in the app for security. When I go to the branch this morning to have that part of the ATM opened so I can retrieve my card, I find the door closed. It does not open. The employees look at me and do nothing. I insist and make signs that I want to come in, then one of them gets up and tells me (through the sliding door, not opened) that they are open until 12:30 p.m. It's already 12:30 and I'm leaving. They don't let anyone else in because they are emptying the safes. I tell him that it is an emergency with the ATM and my card and that I will wait for whatever it takes, but he tells me no, that I should leave because they are not going to let me in or serve me. If I have problems, call a number they had posted on the door. I ask him for a complaint form and he tells me that he won't give it to me, that I should come back tomorrow. I let him know that I'm not from the city (I was visiting) and that I was leaving today without my card (which can be seen perfectly from the gap in the ATM) and he tells me in a very bad way not to insist, that they won't suit me. to attend to and that if I want to file a complaint, I should come back tomorrow. I find it amazing, that is, they have an ATM with a hole through which any object can slip in and they say that they are not going to open it and that they are not even going to assist me, so I should call a phone!! I am about to call the application manager to ask for help and what I get is that my card is canceled and that they will send me a new one, with the hassle that this entails when changing the number. It seems reportable to me, I didn't do it because I had a flight and didn't have time. What would happen if instead of a card it was my phone? Or if they are house or vehicle keys? Am I left without them and unable to enter the house? Or without a cell phone? I couldn't believe it! The situation was surreal. Everyone was amazed and they were as if it were normal and that the story was not with them. I repeat, to report to the police.

I only step on the bank for what is necessary, I avoid going if I can and I needed a third-party registration form for the town hall to be stamped. There are two people in the box, because the one on the right cannot be more unpleasant and lazy. I go with the sheet and the DNI and he tells me that he does not stamp a blank sheet for me. Okay, I don't want you to stamp it blank, that's why I bring you ID, I tell him, so you can look at my data on the computer and verify the information and write down my account. No, he tells me. You write it all down and when you have it I seal it, if not nothing. For not arguing I do it and when I have completed it, he goes and asks me for the ID to verify all the data on the computer. Oh really? I have worked as a cashier in another bank and if the client came with a blank page, with the ID it was worth it, I would fill out the form whether there were many or few people, in my case there were barely 2 people behind, I mean nobody. You have an obligation to serve your clients, for that I deposit my salary and my money in your bank. A little more professionalism, desire to work that this gentleman has few, and above all sympathy, they could use nothing bad.

It is a shame that I do everything through the App, that I have a mortgage, three insurances, a portfolio of securities and all the direct debits with you and that you are frying me for commissions. My partner has already gone to ING and I encourage all BBVA clients to do the same to pay less fees. Also from what I see you only respond to 5 star reviews; That makes clear your level of professionalism.

It is a disaster. There are queues at the checkout as soon as it starts at 8:30 a.m. They charge you a commission for withdrawing your money from the cashier, and the same if you make a transfer. The website to make an appointment is terrible. There are many branches without cashier service. I'm going to cancel my account. It is a shame
