What a shitty attention... in this office, a tall lady with glasses and graying blonde hair talks to you and treats you terribly as if she were superior to you. No ATM worked and you have four. The lady with a bad face and offending does you the "favor" with contempt. I'm going to cancel my account NOW

A shame, I have already sent the complaints to the central office, working from 9,ooh to 12,ooh because it is the town's week, I let them know that this week is for all the companies and businesses in the town, and there they are everyone working all day except you. I will make complaints every week to headquarters until they take action with this office.

At 10:33 I go into the branch to get money from the ATM, I see that it doesn't work and I mention it at the cashier, they tell me that it is restarting and that I will have to wait 20 minutes, how is it to pay the shop next door I tell them to the cashier girl that I prefer to take the money at the till than wait and she tells me that she will have to charge me 2 euros as a commission. Incredible!! In my own bank I have to pay a commission and on top of that because of a problem they have had for months with an ATM that gives problems day in and day out.

The perfect cashier service now. They could fix the ATM once and for all. I've been here for two months and it just keeps restarting without being able to use it. Now that's a scam. Pass it on to the appropriate person and have them fix it or change it.

The ATM does not work, nor do they look at it while in the office because it does not allow deposits to be made and on top of that it tells me that to make a deposit it has to charge me a commission, when in other offices they do not charge you if you do not enter a deposit.
