The only thing I need is for the damn application to be unlocked, I've been like this for a month and a half now, it's incredible that for some things two pieces of information are requested and for others even my mere presence is required, when I have justified my identity countless times.
As I said, in a few months, I took everything to another bank.
I have already made a few calls to this office and I always get call forwarding.

Antonia and the other worker are very attentive but the gentleman who is working does not have good customer service.
Once on the phone he hung up on me without finishing explaining a problem he was having and also in the physical office he treats people with reluctance, as if we knew everything without providing help. I understand that there are fewer and fewer staff in the offices but that does not exempt us from having good customer service because it is not the client's problem.
An office where its workers are incompetent.
The man at one of the tables did not have the decency to attend, help and speak respectfully to my 75-year-old grandmother when the office was empty.
Along with the director, who was told about the case and in addition to not solving the problem for us, and answering us in bad ways, she did not even want to give us a complaint sheet.
If you are not trained to face the public, you better stay in your homes, scoundrels.
Without a doubt, we will open a claim in another way and cancel all our accounts.
