I give it one star because I have no choice. It is the worst bank there is and its probate service is disastrous. We have been waiting ONE YEAR for your probate service to do its job. Now yes... The commissions are charged on time, that's the only thing they want to take their clients' money and get interest on money that is not theirs. Not content with prolonging our suffering and mourning process, they lose the documentation that we have had to send on 3 occasions and the manager who is there to help does not pick up the phone or answer the email. They should be ashamed to play with the feelings and money of whoever feeds them. DO YOUR JOB.

In September 2017, I opened my BBVA youth account at this branch with a woman who told me that in order to open this account, which is totally free for young people under 29, I would need to buy mini-accident insurance, which I even pay up to date. of today but that I will cancel it so that I can. I have found out after years that it was all a lie to sell me insurance. It seems to me the lowest thing that can be done to someone. If I knew her name and could prove what she told me that day, without a doubt I would sue her because I felt totally cheated and cheated. I do not want to carry out any procedure in my life in this branch, although if one day I return to Granada, I will go there to request the Claims Sheet. I do not recommend it at all, they take advantage of people and do anything to get your money. The worst I've ever seen in my life.

I was served by a man with curly hair who has the last desk in this office. Their treatment was indifferent, apparently unwilling to serve and without the basic information necessary to provide decent service. Although my experience with this bank has not been bad in general, this man could not answer basic questions and this damages my image of the bank in general.

My parents have had an account in this bank for many years. The staff, with the attitude of civil servants, has not realized that they provide a public service. Some examples: The lady at the till, unpleasant and arrogant in her treatment; Another lady from whom I ask for a second card as long as it has no cost (and you emphasize: if it is going to cost me something, then I don't want it)... she issues the card and charges it to you. A man to whom I told that I did not want that card with a cost, that he should keep it and return the money to me... he writes it down on a piece of paper because the system has crashed, (as has already happened several times), to Check after a few weeks that no one refunds the money they charged you for it. After a few weeks, I claim that amount again and the same "official" does some maneuvers on the computer: when I ask him if they have already reimbursed me, he shrugs his shoulders and tells me that he asked for it... that does not know. More than a year has passed and, of course, they have not refunded it to me. They have collected almost 200 euros in commissions last year (it is true that we had two overdrafts, of only a couple of days, but thieves is to say an understatement). They boast of having the best bank website in Spain (apparently they have received two awards for that). I have been knowing it for years and I can say that ING's is much simpler and more practical, by far. And their most honest, professional and transparent service by far. It is better not to mention BBVA home insurance: more than two years since an accident at home and we still have to collect what corresponds to us in VAT, after having sent invoices and even a numbered list of them, so that they do not have to work. And about the customer service telephone service, better not to mention: good words but they solve absolutely nothing: the only thing they tell you is to complain in writing, a delaying maneuver in which they make you work and complicate your life so that you exhaust yourself and desist: shameful. In short: bad service (and bad faces), leonine commissions, lack of interest in the customer, apathy... it is inexplicable that they are still open. A real disaster! Although it is an effort and a lot of time, I am removing all the direct debits and the collection of my father's pension.... it won't matter to them, but at least we will feel less cheated and abused by these unscrupulous people.

I have made close to 20 phone calls to the office and all of them have gone unanswered. I opened the account back in the day while I was living in Granada and I no longer live there so it is impossible for me to communicate with them. They are taking advantage to charge me undue commissions and interest. Disastrous attention that will make me change, without a doubt, bank. BBVA leaves a lot to be desired.
