Poor service. Only one person serving the public and a lot of staff sitting in their comfortable seats swarming from one side to the other with no apparent work and turning a blind eye to the huge queues of customers. It's very bad if looking after a computer comes before looking after a human being. Terrible performance and very dehumanized.
