I was going to the bank today, September 22, a little upset by the negative comments I read. I had a super friendly and efficient man at the cash register. I had to make a creditor file and he did it for me in a jiffy and Very polite. Nothing to do with the cabbage cashier at the BBVA on Avenida Galicia who always objects to everything, telling me that I have to do things in the office that corresponds to me. Sometimes that one is closer to me and she protests about everything. The 5 stars go to the man at the BBVA cash desk in Uría.

Some very old ATMs in the center of Oviedo, which are probably from 1990 and in which the touch screen works very badly and does not fulfill its functions, in short, a nightmare, not recommended!

IMPORTANT: In the event of any irregularity, lie or abuse, request an internal complaint form and consumption sheet. They will lie to you and say that they give/seal them by appointment, which is illegal, call the local police and it will be solved. The intern goes directly to her superiors and files are opened (the worst for them); the consumer one, present it at OMIC/Banco de España. Last Monday and through the APP I requested an appointment for physical attention in this office, not to call it a circus, in order to be informed about some very high, opaque charges, without associated concept/issuer/policy that have been occurring in the account of which I am co-owner. Despite the prior appointment, they refuse, scheduling me for the next day. I go, wasting another day. The girl who helps me, Nuria, tells me that she can't help me because she's only been there for two months. However, I thank you for your effort and willingness (your bosses could learn). We agreed to a telephone appointment with my mother, the other account holder and who obviously cannot attend due to a hospital admission situation. They just want to give her information. Paradoxically, the call does not occur, making me lose another day. Today, Thursday, the fourth day of management, I come requesting an internal claim form and a consumption form, refusing to seal them and collect them, claiming that I need an appointment to do so. LIES, IRREGULARITY, ABUSE. Under threat of calling the police, they curiously agree to admit them. After exposing this situation to Consumer Affairs/Bank of Spain, they corroborated that it is illegal and abusive. After four days, I still do not have information about the €300 per month that is charged to that account and that I know is ordered by the bank, despite not indicating the concept, policy number, issuer, etc. Zero transparency, zero clarity and zero sincerity, making excuse after excuse and lie after lie. From all this I deduce that it is a product sold in its day with usury, deception and malpractice and on which very high interest rates are now being carried out, hence the refusal to provide me with information and the constant obstacles. Clients of this office: know that they lie about everything. The Turnomatic that has been at the entrance for years with a sign printed with Paint indicating "broken down", does work, verified by me. They have the printing option disabled, so there is no turn. Deceiving poor pensioners for decades makes them have a false security and arrogance that makes them think they are smart, but nothing could be further from the truth. For a deception to slip through, you first have to be smart. Don't trust anything they tell you: they are all excuses and lies to work the minimum or see your face. I refer to the facts. Good luck on unemployment when you get the boot in a few years. I have not seen worse and less prepared professionals in my life. UPDATE: From Uría, as expected and with its highly qualified staff and management, they deny the facts and provide zero solutions, making me waste more of my time. However, thank you very much for being the useful fools who are going to facilitate the vast claim that we are preparing with the advice of the Bank of Spain, since thanks to this organization we already have more idea about the product that we are dealing with and it turns out that... bingo Tambourine country, what a shame.
