Very nice staff helped me open a bank account quickly and easily

Worst BBVA office I've ever been to. I was a victim of card fraud in November and this office did not help us, we felt helpless as customers. Fortunately I went to another office in another town and the treatment was excellent, after which two weeks after the visit they had returned our money. Office to avoid if you have to carry out more important procedures.

INCOMPETENT, RUDE, inexplicable what I am enduring in this branch, something as simple as obtaining a new card because the previous one has expired seems to be impossible for the "workers" of this branch, I have been without a card for more than a month and they are not capable to give me a solution; The girl who is now at the cashier, apart from being inefficient, invents things so as not to make herself look bad, speaking with contempt and almost not listening to you, blaming even the postal staff... shameful, if they are not capable of something so simple, I don't even want to imagine what they will do with complex issues. BBVA being one of the most important banks, I don't understand how they can afford to have such unprofessional and rude workers.

lousy office. The director Isabel attends us to open a company account with 0 commissions. The surprise is that we are complying with the conditions and now they say that they are changing the contract (after 4 months of being with them), with abusive commissions. On the website they continue to sell that opening a company account is 0 commissions. Also misleading advertising. If you are an SME I do not recommend this bank at all.
