My sister recently became a client of this bank and she had a painful treatment of having an appointment at the time she was scheduled and she had to wait for more than an hour and she didn't even respect each person's turn. So it is impossible to come here to perform either a transfer or something important. Terrible customer service.

I made a deposit at the ATM and they did not return my change. I went in and explained to a woman what had happened to me, she told a colleague who gave me a number and made me wait more than 15 m. When I realized that they were calling other people who had arrived after me (with a BBVA account) I asked them if I had to wait much longer for my money, they automatically accompanied me to the ATM and gave me my money back. Can someone explain to me why I am not a customer? If I use the ATM, they will have to serve me like anyone else, right? There is no zero if I don't put it on

I am immensely grateful to the group at Banco BBVA, for the promptness that they have solved a very big problem for me, regarding a fraud that they did to me by telephone and that made me feel terrible for a few days in the face of impotence on my part. The manager calls almost every day to offer pre-approved loans that I don't need, or to ask me to update my personal information about my work. I have already explained to them that I do not have a stable job, they give me short-term contracts and I cannot be constantly going to the office to update the data (even if you have an online account they make you go to the office). On the other hand, this bank does not give anything, what's more, they charge commissions for everything, even for downloading PDFs from the APP. I have already passed the payroll to another bank where they do not ask me to update the data continuously, and I am transferring the savings little by little. I do not recommend BBVA at all.

My mother went to the offices this morning due to a problem with the ATM. I understand the problems with the operation of an ATM, what seems incomprehensible to me is the treatment that my mother, a 71-year-old woman, received. The manner and treatment he received from some of the workers was shameful and humiliating, to the point of leaving the offices crying. There are people who should not work in front of the public.
