I had an account at that branch and they laughed at me as much as they wanted, even in my face, that arrogance, I don't understand the truth, I don't know what they think. Really avoid that bank, and at least that branch, without any humanity, it is better to have a machine serve you at least you know that they have no heart. A question for those workers... do you become bad there, is it a condition to work there, or were you like that before. What a pity.

The treatment they give to those who do not belong to BBVA is a shame. You get the ticket with an approximate wait of about 40 minutes and more than an hour passes and they don't attend to you and on top of that they tell you with all their face that since you are not a customer you have to wait.
