BBVA

Without a doubt for me the best bank. I went yesterday to change two euro coins and there were quite a few of them with 0 cost from the bank. I carried them in a blister. The attention of the person who helped me at the checkout was 10. I wish they would continue like this without charging that absurd commission.

Terrible service, again, I went down from Cenes de la Vega to Granada expressly to the BBVA because there is not even an ATM here where you can withdraw money, and [to my surprise...] the ATMs were broken, and the line of people reached almost for the door. The one in Góngora, and to go to another one that is good you have to take a bus or walk and take a good walk, because they are almost all broken! Terrible service! Shameful.

The worst BBVA, the workers all talking on the phone, waiting for more than 1 hour to be attended, I recommend you go to another BBVA because what happens here does not happen anywhere, it is really deplorable. Bad experience.

They do not pick up the phone to make an appointment and they do not assist you without an appointment. Just as you read it.
