I am with this office since 2015. Changed home locations, but coming back here from far away, because I like the service, personnel always open to discuss the matters and help by providing the information about the service solutions. Yes, got some high commissions after 3 years on some transfers but it's rare, so ok with that. Hope to manage it in the future.

The employee (Gonzalo) was nice with me, always responded to my messages and emails. I am new to bbva but I find the service fast and good so far.

The most incompetent bank in the world. The personal should be all fired, zero professionality. They made me open an online bank account saying it was easy, fast and free, now it's three days it's blocked, I cannot access it, the website/app say "access denied, go to your bank" and they say "we cannot do anything to help, we have nothing to do with the online bank". Three days in a row, same story. Stupid incompetent lazy asses. Never go to BBVA. Never.

I don't recommend this bank ,the service are so bad and the people work there are so rude . The worst bank en Spain , be careful when you open account with them , they will charge you extra
