This post is late. However I went to this location today, and felt compelled to still report my experience. On February 3rd, 2023, I entered this bank to withdrawl money at the teller window. She was rude, sarcastic, and unaccommodating. When I entered, I only had my TIE with me. I had lost my debit card, and my phone was having trouble connecting with my Network. So I couldn't take money out of the ATM with my phone app. So I gave the teller, a middle aged women with shoulder length dark hair, my TIE so she could look me up in the system. This way I could withdrawal money I needed. When she looked me up, she couldn't find me. She said I don't have an account. Which was absurd, but then I understand there are frauds. However, for a person to declare this with such certainty at the first attempt- she had already branded me a liar. It didn't help that I have very obvious and unsightly scars on my face due to a skin condition- she treated me like trash. A lying, trash person, completely rude to me in her entirety. She had only made one attempt to look me up in the system. So I thought, what happened? I had forgotten that I had resubmitted my passport for my account a while back. So I didn't realize it wasn't under my TIE anymore. So I asked her to check again, under my passport. She almost refused. I had to explain, "You do understand that you NEED a passport in order to even APPLY for a TIE card? Correct?" She didn't believe me, and began to argue. Thankfully, I coincidentally had my passport in my bag at work. So I went back to fetch it. Before I did however, she did NOT give me back my ID. Instead, she took a photocopy of it WITHOUT MY CONSENT, AND KEPT IT. I protested, she denied returning the copy or destroying it. You see, my TIE card was in the middle of renewal. I was waiting for the new card. BUT I SHOULDN'T HAVE EXPLAIN THIS TO MY UNIMPORTANT BANK TELLER WHO PLAYS NO SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN MY LIFE OR THE EXTRANJERÍA. Nonetheless, she took the photocopy and kept it, and did goodness knows what with it. What she failed to understand is that BANK TELLERS ARE CAPABLE OF FRAUD TOO. They are not trustworthy people simply because they were approved to work at a bank. What was she doing with it? She never explained WHY she was doing it. She never explained WHAT "procedure" she was conducting. She never explained WHO was the supervisor she would report it to. She could have been selling my info to illegal people, her fraud friends & family, she could have been doing anything with it for all I would have known. I can't have known, because SHE NEVER EXPLAINED WHAT SHE WAS DOING COPYING PERSONAL DATA OF MINE THAT THE BANK ALREADY HAD. Why? Because she thought I was a trash liar. Why? Because she only made one LAZY and MEASLY attempt to do her job and look me up. WHY DO I PAY PERFECTLY GOOD MONEY FOR SHIT SERVICES FROM A BANK THAT TREATS ME LIKE TRASH? So I filled an hoja de reclamación. Where the manager also treated me like a shit liar, ignored me even when I spoke directly with him. And somehow it was MY fault for not tolerating the teller's rude behavior and disrespect. But, because of their prejudice, judgement, and arrogance - I received bad service for nothing. I have also withdrawn money using my ID only, at a Santander location, and not zero problems, but excellent service. Banks in Spain treat you like shit and act like bullies. Just for your information, if I pay actual fees for SERVICE. I should get the service. You don't get to talk down to customers because you assume you know the story. I pay perfectly good money to be treated like a client and human being. Thank this location for showing me "Astillero's finest". 🙄 Also, I went to the police after and reported it, they almost came with me to retrieve the copy. I also filed an hoja de reclamación. But given their character displayed, it wouldn't surprise me at all if that reclamación got "lost". So here's a photo of it so they don't get to skate by. Hope this location closes or gets new employees.

The treatment is terrible. They pass the schedule through the lining. They treat you like a fool, when they don't even have the ATM in conditions to be able to carry out the procedures that you have to do yourself. And they also inflate themselves by charging management fees...come on, don't ask for a statement!!!

I arrived this morning around 11 o'clock and I found the box empty and a queue of 5 people, we asked a man who is inside the office serving a table if he knows where the person who attends is, to which he answers... ... open left for a while, after another while waiting and when my turn arrives he attends to the people who were behind me claiming that they had an appointment, which is my surprise that when this man finishes attending to those clients, the same thing stops again But in this case, making a gesture to those who were behind and slipping them in, surely known to him. After 30 minutes there I had to leave without being attended to and with a terrible feeling of discontent, the truth is very, very bad, I am not going to invest there my money knowing the treatment they give to people, I hope they change for the good of the entity

I have been a customer of this bank for a long time, I almost always do the paperwork at the ATM or through the app, but today, 12/27/21, I had to go to the branch, and I have to say that the lady who attended me at 12:30 at the checkout, his attention and knowledge of his work leaves much to be desired, he left me standing in the middle of the management and began to attend to another client, total neglect on his part. In the end I resorted to the online manager and he solved my problem with total kindness.
