Terrible service, to request an appointment at the office they make you call a number that you call and they always tell you that in 48 hours they will call you to assign you an appointment, they never call you, you come back and call and tell them the problem and they don't give you a solution, you go to the office and the only thing they tell you is to call the phone to make an appointment, in conclusion terrible customer service, in the end I will have to cancel my account
I've been calling I don't know how long to deliver documentation and no one picks up. If I go there they don't attend me for requesting the time. Frustrating.
