They give an hour online, you get there and it turns out they're closed, you ring the doorbell and the person inside doesn't even deign to give you an explanation over the intercom, as if no one had called

BBVA I suppose is like most banks but this one has a very good app that is very easy to use and a very close relationship with your advisor. At all times from the app I can check the status of my accounts and everything contracted.

in the last week

Very positive and especially for Alba Ballo who brings me everything. Xo other friendly people too.

Horrible customer service, doing cash management is wasting the entire morning, how is it possible that with 12 people waiting you only put 1 person at the cash register? It seems somewhat ridiculous to me. Is this the disastrous image that BBVA gives to its clients? It seems to me that the best option is to go to another bank (although it is difficult to find good ones) with the commissions you charge us, you could have another person to serve customers.

The whole service itself is lousy. The second time I come to try to close the account. The first more than an hour of waiting because only one cashier attended even though there were a handful of 'managers' separated by the shabby divider that they have that by company policy they prefer that the head of the shift eats the brown ones and make the customer angry and see if he ends up leaving. With me that time they succeeded and I left Today, they did attend to me after waiting for about 20 minutes and, having made an appointment, because there was a customer who armed them with a sidral and they had to notify the police. The dynamic is the same as the push from the cashier and, this time, the one I assume is the manager there too. Issue with conflicting customer resolved, it's my turn. I tell him that I want to close the account and that the card must be settled, that there is already enough money to do so. He tells me that I have to wait until next month because otherwise he will give them problems. And to wait a couple more days after it has been settled just in case. I'm starting to understand the number of the previous customer, it's for renting chairs.
