Large queues and long waiting time since there is only 1 person trying to serve the clients. 0/5

I was yesterday. When opening an online account, the last step is to take the physical documentation to a BBVA agency... being an Italian citizen, I went to the agency with an Italian Dni and a white Nie issued by a Spanish police station. The bank employee refuses to open the account, asking me to present different and more detailed documentation than the one required by BBVA. Attentive to explain to those who received me that the documentation I had was correct precisely because I was following the guidelines of what the BBVA company required of me, but nothing to do, not even the humility to understand the logical meaning of my speech or at least less to assess what he was saying. I go out, question myself (unlike those who received me at this bank) and call the BBVA call center to ask if perhaps it was a misinterpretation and instead they confirm that the documentation presented was correct to open an online account and that I shouldn't have not rejected me. It is really absurd to be received by staff who do not know the rules of the company you work for, it is also absurd to question and verify a client's requests. As a foreigner I can tell you that it can happen that you have difficulty speaking because you do not know the language, but that does not mean that we have problems understanding. I will continue with the complaint to BBVA so that we end up finding, for our part (customers), personnel who feel like the PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY and not PRIVILEGED COLLABORATORS. The call center itself tells me to get in touch with another BBVA branch, hoping today (after losing other hours of work, thanks to the collaborator prepared yesterday) to find more qualified and trained personnel than the one I found in this branch. Absurd experience, you don't deserve even one star, but unfortunately you can't get less. Greetings Ivan Martinelli

I went at 2:00 p.m. and the door was closed, on the door and on the website it appears that it closes at 2:15 p.m. please check the center's schedules and don't waste people's time

Just use the ATMs, they have one inside and one outside, the one outside has more processing options than the one inside. Not much more to add.

Without a doubt the worst office, the person in charge whispered to the cashier to tell the customers to leave (happened to me and two other customers) and they also accused each other of who should serve them. The bank being with little influx. A real shame.
