It is without a doubt the worst bank branch I have ever come across. They don't help the elderly, when the ATM is out of service, they charge you to withdraw your money from Ventanilla and they tell you that even if the ATM doesn't work, they have to charge you. You have to go make a claim to get that money back. The director of this branch looks like a minister, she only attends you by appointment and even if the office is empty, she is not able to help you. The best management I have done is to cancel the BBVA account.

The director of this branch is dedicated to recriminating and yelling at older people who, due to their circumstances, do not know how to use the ATM and go in to withdraw money from the cashier. Disgraceful behavior of an employee. I will file a formal complaint with BBVA and will reserve any other legal action that may correspond to me by law.

25 years as a client at BBVA, 2 payrolls at the entity, my wife's and mine. A mortgage, money in a checking account,... 208 euros of maintenance and administration of the current account for 6 months. The director, a certain Rodrigo, says that it is well collected, which are conditions approved by the Bank of Spain. With the money I canceled the mortgage and I will disassociate myself from the entity. No matter how much tie you wear, you are careless, and it is not an insult, it is a description. In order to change the conditions you would have to have consented to those conditions or at least if you were a diligent employee you would call to warn or minimize the bleeding to a customer as much as possible.

Scammers. Both Teresa and Rodrigo are scammers. 15 days for a mortgage and they let the days go by and the days go by and after a few calls they say they have to raise the interest rate. Shameful, without information and they tell you that they call you and they don't call you. Do not go to that bank, everything they say is lies for the benefit of the bank. Unemployed is where they should be instead of running a bank

I read comments from other people and I have to say that they have always been very attentive and correct with me.
