Insufficient staff to serve customers and the new policy that if people over 65 arrive they have preference even if you have been there for an hour seems crazy to me

After waiting half an hour for a lady at the table to serve me, she tells me that she won't serve me without an appointment. The table is left empty with no one to serve. What a shame! They live off their customers, if we are treated like this, I am not surprised that they close branches and consequently employees go on unemployment. I no longer consider whether the appointment is legal or not, since the pandemic has passed, now I focus on the way I treat clients. I will withdraw my savings from this bank through online transfer, I work less for an employee who, perhaps, will remember this procedure when she goes on unemployment.

They should change the girl who is at the cashier, she doesn't know her job, she takes a lot of time doing nonsense and always has to ask for help

Poor service. I went to request a certificate of ownership of my account with a handwritten signature and they couldn't/wanted/knew how to do it, claiming that the signature is digital and cannot be changed. I simply needed a piece of paper with my name, account number, and a signature, and they didn't help me. Luckily my manager solved the procedure for me over the phone and sent it to me by mail (that is, the certificate can be made), but the service at the branch was disastrous, and the interest in helping the customer was zero.

First of all, the table manager, who should have received customer service classes, talks to me rudely when I go to make a complaint, which by the way they refused to give me. The cashier is just as rude, without realizing that they live off of us and should treat us with a minimum of courtesy, (no matter how bitter they look). They returned my June payroll without giving me any explanation despite having made a technical error and they blamed me for not having updated payment information, when for almost 20 years they have deposited my payroll into my current account without any problem. Bad gestures and cocky and haughty attitude, very rude. Despite having made me wait until July 23 for the payroll deposit that I should have received on June 27 (as has happened to hundreds of pardons), they charge me 15 euros for a certificate that they generated in two seconds. If they do this with a loyal client, with payroll, mortgage, direct debits of all kinds, cards, loans, etc., woe betide those who do not have them. Not an apology. Furthermore, as another client comments, the facilities, and I would go even further, leave a lot to be desired. The worst BBVA branch in every sense of Córdoba. A 1.6 grade says it all. A real shame. It still is to this day.
