After waiting 2 hours, the lady counted my money wrong, I gave her $367 she wrote it down as $267 I asked for it back to count again, and counted it in front of her. She looked at me confused counted again herself and got $267 again... She finally after a minute or two of talking to herself counted it correctly at $367. She said sorry but barely made eye contact then just handed me the money. I paid a €9 fee and the exchange wasn't exact so I lost about €20... Horrible experience. I got €315 in the end. (Conversion was at €341) 💢😡 Also the poor ladies at desk 1&2 are dealing with most of the work load, maybe hire 1 or 2 more tellers.

I have 10 missed calls in just 15 minutes, not counting the rest of the days. It is a shame that, on top of the fact that they do the wrong things for you and change your cards as they want, you cannot contact them and the only solution is to go to the office (so that they do not attend you or you have to wait a long time). There are fewer and fewer human staff working, but it doesn't surprise me.

Bad experience with this bank. I did not receive the card for a month. I asked for another card, it arrived and the pin that appears in the app does not work. Also, no numbers appear on the card so I can't check if it's the correct card. I went to the branch, they don't attend me because you have to make an appointment, when I call to ask they hang up on me. I have had bank accounts all over the world but this experience was, together with the experience in South America, the worst I have had in my life. Although from what I heard in Spain it is difficult to find something decent, since the banks do not offer interest or anything. I can be happy that I don't have to pay myself. Something unthinkable in other countries (paying for leaving my money at the disposal of the bank). Oh, and there are a lot of ads and news in the app, which is super annoying.
