Terrible service. You enter and since you are not a customer, everyone sneaks in even if there is only one person in front of you and then 10 enter later. Bad customer service. You complain to a man in a suit and tie and he tells you that he prioritizes his customers who are the ones who feed him. You tell him that the moment you enter you are a customer, just like if you go to a supermarket, pharmacy or any establishment to buy and you get in line and he tells you no, he doesn't know why you came and that you don't have obligation to come to this bank if you don't want to. He has been told that many customers will win that way, yes, he has been offended with a "we still have it". A lot of suit and tie and maybe a very good salary but...
I share my experience because we have been clients of this branch for a few years and the times we have needed to make in-person consultations, the treatment was excellent on all occasions. Also the responses both by email and by phone are immediate and decisive. It is appreciated.
Terrible attention and resolution of problems/situations.
This particular office does not facilitate procedures or help, their excuse is that we are not clients.
With the same situation in competing banks such as Santander, Bankinter or Laboral Kutxa, they have served us wonderfully, without being customers, responding to the requests made at the time.
Lots of apps, lots of digital banking and you forget the most IMPORTANT: THE PEOPLE
