Excellent BBVA branch. The attention of its commercial director Mercedes Quirant is very personal and involved in assisting you and solving everything we need from the bank when we go to the branch. I went today to open a minor account for my daughter and she helped us super quickly.

They only serve you if you take a shift number in a machine that is at the entrance. Very complicated for older people. Only one employee attends. In the photos you can see that all shifts are served at table 5. We were waiting 24 minutes until we were served. It takes so long that there is a waiting room. I do not recommend it.
