It's the second time I've come and the bank closes at 1:58 and they didn't want to serve me while the schedule says they close at 2:15. If you do not want to work, please appoint personnel who comply with what is communicated to the public. Just to say that they are scammers, they owe us 800 euros for more than 11 years, due to a system failure that they had in the branch, and they turned us around so as not to return that money, in addition to the fact that they are discriminators, apart from being scammers., A close relative of mine, despite several family members having an account, tried to open an account and apparently, they did not want to open it. Apart from the humiliating treatment received at the branch... a shame for the worst bank in Guadalajara.

Terrible attention!!! Sad and embarrassing, yes, I have been calling the office for days because the customer service people only tell me that the problem I have can be solved with someone from the office where I opened the bank account, I have been calling for days and no one, with I hope that someone will contact me, a week ago I picked up my new card, of which they told me that it would be in 7 to 15 business days, they never notified me anything and I thought that the card would be left at the door of my house like others banks that do that without a problem, and no, I had to go to the office to withdraw, losing a whole morning of work. Now, as I had said, I have a problem with the App and I have been calling for days, every day without stopping and nothing, according to customer service, only by going to the office can it be solved, something that seems unfair to me, with the technology that exists today, but it It's more unfair that they don't call back, I don't know if it's just this office that's so problematic, but hey, it doesn't matter, these days I'll have to ask for leave from work, to be able to solve the problem and obviously change banks, why else? of tranquility I think that the attention makes you cry and nervous…. It is not the app that does not work, it is the services that the bank itself offers that do not meet the expectations of its customers. As is my case, I requested a replacement card on November 11 and as of this date I still don't have a valid card. I make bank transfers to access my purchases and the transfer receipt is sent to me at the earliest with more than 48 hours. The truth is that I do not recommend this bank to anyone.😡😡😡😤😤😤
