What a formality, I have gone to the bank twice in the last month and both times it has opened late, once the lady at the cash desk was late (20min) and once again she is inside and quietly keeps the door locked until 9:20. Part of the fact that kindness is conspicuous by its absence, what an unfriendly lady. Customers time is also important.
The director takes little care of the clients, does not respond to emails or is interested in the queries that are raised. In short, I think BBVA is a good bank but the director of astrabudua leaves much to be desired compared to the previous ones
