BBVA

Terrible customer service. They should think about starting to treat customers better (without exceptions). I don't like people who are classists and believe they have the right to look over their shoulders, and even less do I like people without empathy. Horrible treatment at the window. I would avoid going in to do business in this office, it is a waste of time. A shame.

UPDATE August 2023: The two ATMs are continuously “Out of Service”. They make my mother pay €2 to withdraw money at the cash register. BBVA should inspect this office, since it is nonsense. Making a 74-year-old woman go from this office to the Obispo street branch for a query at the cashier about the expiration information of the card is to have very little desire to work. When it closes, it won't be much missed either.
