I have only been to this office once and it was a good experience to solve a problem with BBVA's own app. The young woman who assisted me could not have been more efficient and friendly. No waiting because there was practically no one even though there was only this person facing the public.
Terrible treatment of clients!! Both the controller Maria Teresa and the director do not respond to emails and much less to calls. And if people in the office treat you as if you were bothering you, these gentlemen do not understand that we, the clients, are the ones. We help keep the offices open. It's a shame that for this reason BBVA loses the prestige it has and its good reputation. It's a shame, and I also see that there are many negative reviews of this office. I hope they find a solution. Because there are more banks and we don't have to put up with this treatment. Regards
What they do with us is inhumane. You have to come before 11 because otherwise they won't serve you, only one person to serve everyone who comes before 11 and the consequence is that you come at 10.30 and you don't leave here until 11.20 because the cashier has 2 hands. The BBVA is terrible, they give worse and worse service
I AM NOT A CUSTOMER but it is with great pleasure and satisfaction that I give 5 stars for the CLARIFYING and PROMPT SERVICE provided to me by the bank employee and also for the AVAILABILITY of the Director in resolving my problem.
As I was a foreigner and had some difficulty communicating with the recipient of an international bank transfer that I made a few days earlier in Portugal from another bank, my case was neither indifferent nor ignored. I was provided with all possible assistance and support in resolving the problem presented, as well as detailed information about the requested transaction. I recommend him for his professionalism and speed in resolving issues.

After walking a kilometer to use an ATM and deposit money, I find that the access door to the ATMs is locked. I don't see it normal...
