One Wednesday, 09:06 in the morning I went in to try to pay a fine. The person at the opposite table does not speak to the customer, about 10 minutes without speaking. He gets up, goes to print a document and comes back, he asked me what I was doing looking at the computer, sometimes he moved the mouse in silence... While more people arrived, all without an appointment like me. In the end a girl called me, very nice and offered to help pay the fine for the ATM. The only ATM there was with a line of 3 people... in the end I went to Santander because it had 4 empty ATMs and I paid it there. This girl from BBVA told me that they hadn't worked with cash for years, and my question is... Are you prepared for this? In my opinion, no, if you don't want to queue, put more ATMs, your position is exactly for that reason, an ATM for Castilla Avenue, one of the main streets in Guadalajara with an ATM... 😣 There are things that are not understood.

This office is a disaster, there is only one ATM and many days it is out of service. I have had a very bad experience when depositing a check, they charged me almost €80 improperly, doing it in an online account free of commissions. It took me a long time to get it back. I have tried many times to speak with my manager to carry out some operations and it has been impossible, because they always told me: they will call you and they never did. Tired of waiting, I decided to withdraw the funds and do it in another entity.

Disastrous attention, it is inconceivable that you cannot communicate with them in any way. You talk to a machine that tells you that a manager will contact you as soon as possible...I don't know when that will be!!!! I've been waiting since yesterday, today I called again and the same answer.

BBVA, not just this office, should schedule public service hours in the afternoon, at least one day of the week. Many clients who work in the morning cannot come to carry out operations in the office.

Many days when I go, it is closed and I have to go down to the main street. Some days it doesn't allow me to deposit money...
