Veronica treated me with unbeatable service and clarified all my doubts. I was pleasantly surprised.

Brutal. I came at check-in time and since I had a lot of bills they didn't want to perform the service on me. They didn't have a single person waiting in line. On top of bad answers. They always refer you to headquarters so they can do nothing. The lady who helped me worked at the cashier on September 2nd.

The cashier doesn't come and they don't let me make the deposit at the window because there is a set time for that. Not a single client in the office and the girl at the window, there is no more unpleasant one. It is normal that there is not a single client inside the office

They have been charging me for 6 or 7 years 37.50 and it says withholding: BBVA office and it says that it ends in 2116 and they don't take it away from me or solve it or tell me that it's nothing and nothing the manager calls me to say that since they can now put They owe me that money and on top of that today, having complained to me, they continue to charge me and the manager told me that we don't understand each other and she hung up on me. The truth is, the mistakes they make and we have to pay for it seem shameful to me.
