I don't want to work, I go into the office and no one is there, I look into the director's office to ask for information to pass a mortgage from another entity and he tells me that he is going on vacation today to come back next week because his partner is there. INCREDIBLE

Two days calling on the phone to make an urgent mortgage request and NO ONE answers the phone. TOTAL inattention. It won't let me give zero stars, which is what the attention received (rather not received) deserves.

The way they serve the public is shameful... in times of pandemic or post-pandemic, I don't care... how many times do I have to call to get them to pick up the phone?? They don't answer the phone?? This way they will not be able to attract or keep clients.... a real shame....

My experience was completely satisfactory, both its director Aitor and Mari Luz were very efficient, always willing to help you as much as possible, a recommended office with great professionals
