Disappointed customer with BBVA, unprofessional and unpleasant bank teller this morning, did not give me any solution on the matter after telling him that I cannot withdraw money with my BBVA card and I am without cash in San Sebastián, how can it be possible that they charge a commission for withdraw money from the bank over the counter when your BBVA card is the one that doesn't work and in my app everything is correct to pay Nfc Activated etc... I was out of my city and needed cash, the BBVA teller didn't care at all. I had to call my manager and office to get it resolved, thinking about changing banks! Terrible experience with BBVA de Donosti. Director, if that's what she also was, she sees me with the problem and just goes to breakfast, walking around the office, still thinking she doesn't know what. Disappointed with this BBVA. It's a shame and I'm sorry to have to write what I experienced today!

Well, today all the banks are working with full schedules and here until 11 a.m., then tougher face with the excuse of covid19 being already out of the state of alarm.
