I'm assigning 2 stars just because the employee’s good will and personal endurance in trying to help. Only 1 person at the tilt with 10 people cueing, only 2 consultants available with the result that I lost 1.30 hrs to resolve a problem created by BBVA inefficiencies (after 1.5 months and 2 salaries paid they had still not registered my ‘nomina’ nor NIE, plus my online access was blocked with the error code ‘visit our bank branch’ but this should be part of a complain to the head office). How can BBVA possibly think that 3 people can work out all these customers and this right after closing the brunch nearby? The message is clear: they’re cutting customer services at list in Palma.

Very poor quality of service, I arrived there were 2 women, it took them about 10 minutes to finish their conversations while I was alone waiting, after about 10 minutes he came out and surprised me with a (TELL ME) Without saying hello, and when I told him my need he told me Said in a very aggressive way and that (first you have to make an appointment) I hope that these people never serve me again. Very bad attention.

09-06-2021. I just called to make an appointment for a Pension Plan process and they give it to me in a month because I'm not a customer because there are a lot of people on vacation. They tell me to make an appointment at the office closest to my home.

Bad customer service quality. The manager does not try to help solve the problem or inform about the procedures. She seems somewhat annoyed that people come to the office instead of sorting things out themselves. The BBVA app tells me that I need to submit the documentation to avoid blocking the account. And although I already have the documentation check in process it takes time. A process that cannot be solved online. In the end I left without any solution to my request. The quality of service received has a very negative effect on the image of the entire BBVA bank.
