The management of this bank is amazing. We have changed the mortgage to Caixa because of how incompetent they have proven to be. To make matters worse, they have not yet paid off the mortgage despite having the money. We tried to contact the office and they did not answer the phone.
They have not been able to offer us tighter interest rates, as Caixa has done, despite having been with them for half a life and having other products...However, when we had to rescue the bank, everyone welcomed us with open arms.
Scoundrels. And those on General Aguilera Street, more
A shame of staff, without desire to work. We asked for a certificate of bank balance on the date of death of a relative as heir and they refused to give it. They sent me to do it online and we don't even have the passwords for said account, a procedure that the Notary has asked us to do and they refuse to do it in the office. A disaster the staff that works there and the treatment is unacceptable.
SHAMEFUL!!! To do any checkout process by taking a number you have to wait an average of an hour and a half. Three cashier positions and only two employees and a thousand customers. I'm going to cash some checks and it must be done at the cashier. The moment I can change banks, due to inefficiency and lack of respect for customers. They are insane, won't they see the customer opinions? Then on the shift ticket as a customer it says "our priority is to help you" help me what? Waste time!
A total shame for the employees... the treatment of customers... You can tell they hate providing good service... how sad how a brand as big as BBVA is left with employees of this type. fatal everything
You try to contact your manager, and he is not available. They don't answer emails. If you are on vacation, no one replaces you. You try to contact the office and a message always appears that wastes your time and in the end tells you that it is impossible to contact the office. Appalling.
