Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I travelled to Palma specifically to gain access to my BBVA account as I needed to register my mobile phone number in person to use the app and I had been unable to visit Spain for 2 years due to covid. I attended this branch to present my passport and register my mobile number but was dealt with in a rude and offensive manner by a female employee in the room on the left as I entered. She seemed highly annoyed that I disturbed her texting on her phone when I entered and insisted I should have made an appointment. When the phone number couldn't be easily registered she said she couldn't help and ordered me and my friend out of her office! Truly awful customer service and a disgrace to this company.

They never answer the phone (neither landline nor mobile), nor do they return calls, and they make excuses not to help you when you show up at the office trying to do things right. For months we have been trying to carry out a process that they keep complicating for not doing what they should. Shameful. Without a doubt Ana was a much better director than the current one, but this bank displaces or fires those who do what they must for their clients, which is their job no more no less. We have had too much patience, now we have no choice but to do it through judicial means

I just spoke with my mother, (a client of your bank) and she was almost crying because one of your employees treated her with bad manners, very rude and very rude, and all because my mother does not cope well with new technologies. and she asked your employee to help her because she wanted to make a transfer. After waiting in line to be served, this lady referred him to the mobile app, and my mother did not know how to use that app, and then he began to reproach her that it was her fault that there were clients waiting and that she could not miss the appointment. time with these things. In the end it helped her with the management, but reluctantly due to my mother's insistence that someone help her. The truth is, I don't think that our elders (who in the case of my mother has been your client for more than 40 years) deserve, not to have so many barriers put up for them, but to be talked down to for not knowing how to use a cell phone or a computer. . The worst of all is that this is not the first time they have acted like this in this office. You catch me abroad very angry and unable to do anything for her, but as soon as I go to Mallorca I will suggest and help her change banking institutions to another bank that is a little more humane than you.

The office manager tries not to work, I had to file a claim because she tries not to attend indicating that you have to have an appointment online (you can check on the web and they are not available) a disastrous treatment for everything that is not earning money direct to that office (mortgages etc) bbva you already have all the info in the customer ombudsman. Tomorrow I will go to another.

The man with the glasses who is the first to serve the customer is rude, I wanted to open a bank account with a check for more than 150 thousand euros and he told me that I better open an online account... seriously??? Ok, when I leave I call BBVA customer service, I tell them what happened and the lady goes and hangs up on me..... Is this a joke or what???? Someone explain it to me...
