It seems a shame to me that there are only 2 banks and they are always closed or damaged, it has been like this since Friday afternoon and it is Monday, you cannot enter or withdraw money. SOLUTION?

TERRIBLE ATTENTION... THEY ARE SCAMS. little staff... you arrive at 10:30 and since you queue because there are few and very reluctant in the service... it turns out that they serve you at 11:02 and then they already close the window in the hills and an 80-year-old person is sent to the ATM to withdraw money. scoundrels

On top of that it is not open one day in the afternoon like other banks, they also leave us without ATMs in the afternoons... shameful

in the last week

The ladies in the offices don't feel like working, I went three times to get a bank account and they kept me waiting and they ignored me and I was alone. A shame .

Good afternoon, The operation and staff of the BBVA entity in general is 0 out of 10. My account belonging to Martorell for many years was unexpectedly changed to the Bon Pastor office. I tried several times to make the change to my usual office and they promised me that the change would be the following year. Well, it never happened. I tried to make an appointment by phone up to 15 times during Covid times and they never called me. If you called the phone they never answered. My impression was to have an account and no one behind it. I recently received a call to offer the degree of satisfaction through a voiceover. I said that my experience was very bad and I don't doubt that someone had a good experience. But in my case unfortunately it couldn't be worse. Then the director of the Bon Pastor office called me because I had given that bad information about her office. I explained the above to her and she replied very rudely that she didn't want me in her office, that she should try to change my office, that she didn't want me there. I am looking forward to leaving this bank as soon as I pay off my loans that are due in a year and never coming back. On the other hand, my father passed away and we have not yet been able to cancel his BBVA account by providing the endless amount of documentation required. The notary manager explained to me that this only happened at BBVA and any entity would solve your problems. At BBVA they provide you with a testamentary email and you can only communicate there and without any help. It is horrifying in the problems that you can get involved in due to the inefficiency of your system.
