Customer service is increasingly deplorable. Especially from some administrators with older people. Although the cashier staff is quite friendly and professional.

They tell you that they are going to call you and they don't call you. They send you messages that they are going to call you from an address you cannot answer... They don't pick up the phone at the office either. What a pity they have so little consideration for customers until you change banks

Contemptuous treatment by the girl at the till, despite having made an appointment and having left work specifically to go. First, it takes 2/3 minutes for him to want to raise his head from his mobile to greet me and start to attend to me (despite having heard me say hello). Then making a few faces as if I'm bothering him. And then saying that what I was asking for (a card with the numbers on it) no longer existed and that was a lie. I am already looking to change my money to another bank (I had already said it the previous time but this is the final straw). Bye bye.

I thought putting cashier shifts back would be good. But I don't understand the criteria that the machine then follows. I have a business, I am a customer, I go first thing in the morning and it turns out that they skip my shift. In theory there are other preferential ones. It has happened to me three times. I don't understand anything.
