The customer service there is the worst I've ever experienced, besides you have to wait a lot they are not willing to help, i recommend to change that kind of personal and put people that really want to help and work

They don't respect their own schedule. Closing at 14:15 my father showed up at 14:00 and they had the second door closed, the workers looked at him but did not deign to open the door for him, having 15 minutes to make arrangements. Very little humane treatment and lousy workers.

Terrible treatment, zero empathy for not being a customer and I don't even want to be one. And being a customer or not does not imply how unpleasant an employee of your bank is. Recycle yourself a little and don't act arrogant because you have served a client in a very bad way because your turn has passed. 55 minutes to be attended to and you have to go from 8:30 to 11am. Learn from the competition because I deal exquisitely and they are always there. All the best.

It is known to all that this company earned 5,961 million euros in the first 9 months of this year 2023. Today I accompanied my father, who is 80 years old and has obvious mobility limitations, to this branch. Around 11:00 in the morning at the bank office. There was an employee at the checkout and 2 sitting in some cubicles with numbers 1 and 3. The queue, mostly retired people, about 20, remained disorganized since the machine that gives the batch number did not give numbers and some customers had organized a queue parallel to that of the bank's electronic machine. We have taken out the batch in the machine obtaining a number on the display. So there were two batches. Our time arrived and after both mine and other grandparents were waiting for the minimum 30 minutes. The bank employee sitting in cubicle 3 got up to notice that our shift had passed, when in reality they were serving customers without a turn given the chaotic situation. At the point I had no choice but to show my absolute repudiation of the attitude of such an official who was quick to defend his incomplete and defective system. The rude treatment towards me or, by extension, the rest of the clients whom I came to intimidate with the loss of their turn has been absolutely intolerable. In addition to expressing my absolute contempt for his attitude, I have filed a formal complaint and, most significantly, the employee has refused to identify himself by name. The biggest shame is for a business that invests in machines, barriers and rude people to misserve their elderly clients and hinder operations that are not interesting while they make profitable the deposits of their preferred clients. BBVA management should review the capabilities of its Meridiana office employee, 334 cubicle 3 and should have conscience and ethics with ALL ITS CLIENTS.

in the last week

Three ATMs, one not working, the other two do not allow deposits (either because they do not allow this option or because they are broken). Offices closed for holidays and vacations. Since you open and provide in-person service during such limited hours, the first thing to do is at least have the option of a functional cashier available. Everything a little bad, right?
