Very good place to workout. It's clean and organized. Staff are friendly and cooperative. One note is the music speaker are a bit loud even when your headphones are on.

Extremely loud annoying music. We do not all have the same taste. Turn the music down or off. Also it was freezing. Did you forget to pay the gas bill? Worst AF I've ever been to, and I travel for work so I've been to a lot. If I could give a negative rating, I would but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest.

Good: equipment/machines and bathroom Bad: it's either very cold or too hot and its been like that for awhile. Why can't it just be a steady 68 degrees like any other place? Have already complained about this in the past. Today feels like 77 and just the other day was very cold felt like 62

This gym is headed in the wrong direction. The bathrooms are not clean anymore, the machines are not wiped down and dusted like before, the hydroMassage has been broken the last 1.5 months. The staff is no where near as qualified as it once used to be.

Wow! The club exceeded my expectations. There’s so much I like about the club. 1. the intimacy of the club. It’s not so big and overcrowded. I don’t feel intimidated. 2 I feel so welcomed. The staff is amazing. They give you undivided attention. They truly care about your progress. 3. The amenities- The facility is very clean and well kept. I specifically love the body scan and that massage chair! AWESOME! 4. The price- You get premier service at an affordable price. I’m excited about my journey. I’m gaining so many benefits while also losing!
