Excellent experience booking online, getting a call to explain the issue, getting a text with the timeframe we discussed, then getting another text to confirm when within that time they would arrive and that it still worked with my schedule. The two employees arrived promptly, were respectful of my space, went just down the road to get the right tool, then came back and fixed the issue right away. They pointed out a very slow leak to the water tank that I had already noticed and discussed with the real estate agent when I looked at renting the place, but otherwise got the heat working again very quickly and it's still going strong. So much better than the tiny space heater I had to use after the natural gas seemed to run out after I signed up for a rate change with Liberty utilities in Londonderry! I'm glad I did, but wonder if that caused the issue I was experiencing, since the hot water was still working well. Seemed to be that the change in fuel really tested the old boiler for the forced hot air, because ultimately it seemed to be a very easy fix and I've noticed less rattling and more consistent heat since they stopped by. Asked for 4 ductless mini splits, 2 condensers and furnace cleaned. After checking work found 2 of 4 mini splits were still dirty after service. Had to ask guys to really clean units. They complained the whole time while cleaning units better. Once they left I checked furnace and found my floor around furnace filthy with soot and grime. Pipe coming off top of boiler had seem tape broken and not resealed when finished cleaning. Had to buy seam tape to reseal to avoid exposing my family to carbon monoxide. Screws missing on top of boiler which holds down cover. No tag indicating they did any efficiency test which every other cleaning has provided. I will never use again or recommend to anyone. Did not have a professional job done but I paid professional money. So disappointed.

Braden was professional and knowledgeable and pleasant. We really appreciated how quickly Al Terry was able to diagnose and replace the hot water heater. It was a huge relief especially before a busy holiday week. Thank you!
