Air Pro Master Air Conditioning Repair & Installation

Everything was made easy. The receptionist was great. We made an appointment for Monday and hung up. Not 30 seconds later I get a call back stating they had a Saturday cancellation. I was fortunate to get a technician out early in my waiting window so I didn’t have to wait long at all. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. Got in and out within a half hour. No issues whatsoever with this company. Thanks everyone at Air Pro Master.

Air pro master is absolutely the most excellent air and heating company. I have ever worked with!! I have a home warranty on My house and have 2 units. The warranty company RAKED ME EVERY TIME stating things weren't covered to repair or replace btw they're called Choice home warranty. Stating it was a power surge. I called several air companies and chose Air Pro Master. They were reasonably priced, and quick to install, very professional and absolutely showed pride in their work. I highly recommend this company. A+ rating

I honestly can't say enough good things.. They were a warranty call and were able to get to my house ASAP... Mark was my tech and he was super nice and professional, diagnosed multiple issues and had EVERYTHING fixed in an hour.. It was pouring rain and he had to go to his truck multiple times... You could understand if he had a bad attitude but NOPE!! Extremely patient... Explained every step of the way what he was doing and answered all my questions... ABSOLUTE GREAT SERVICE START TO FINISH

How they could order the wrong part three times is a mystery. I have been without hot water for over a month. They are incompetent. Every time they order a part, it takes over 10 days, and they refuse to expidite shipping. This is what you get thru a home warranty company. Pathetic. I went to the Noritz (the hot water heater manufacturers) website, and the part is listed right there. Yet they refuse to listen. As well as they ship in 4 days, not ten, and that is ground shipping. Take my advise and choose a better company.

Daniel provided outstanding service today while performing my annual furnace check. He was thorough, even showing me photos of the work in the attic. I didn't know there were two furnaces there although I have had annual check ups with other companies! He explained it all. He also changed the hard to get to ceiling filters, not done during check ups in the past either. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great customer service!
